Sharing lessons learned during some of the most exciting, innovative, and tumultuous times of the profession! Leaders recognize that the library, as an institution, will always be about change; the constant that prevails over time is developing a culture that embraces creative thinking and the continuous improvement of services. There is no secret sauce in developing a truly outstanding library – the recipe lies in the ability to recognize the talents within your organization and capitalize on those skills and interests. Orchestrating change allows the director, as well as the staff, to lead, learn, and grow together in building truly outstanding organizations.
